After extensive consideration and deliberation, effective close of business Friday, December 19th, I have decided to put a temporary hold on training clients to focus on spending time with my family for the holidays and dedicating time to my own training and mental health. Any sessions or programs that have been paid for will be put on hold and will resume when I return from Natural Strongman Nationals on January 20th.
