First assessment consultation is free. $125/session to book by the session, paid by start of session. 1-hour sessions. For the athlete that wants professional training only once a month or every now and then to check form.
Two 1-hour sessions a week, 8 total sessions a month. Booked and paid bi-weekly on 1st and 15th of each month. ($100/payment).
Three 1-hour sessions a week, 12 total sessions a month. Booked and paid bi-weekly on 1st and 15th of each month. ($150/payment).
Booked and paid monthly on the 1st of each month. 8 total 1-hour sessions a month.
Booked and paid monthly on the 1st of each month. 12 total 1-hour sessions a month.
Booked and paid at the start of the program. Weeks 1-5, three training sessions per week. Weeks 6-11, four training sessions per week. Weeks 12-16, 5-6 training sessions per week (based on athlete performance). Full re-assessment at each progression point. Last week includes coaching at competition. *If competition is out of state, travel/lodging fee may be added*
